A Unique opportunity for you to put your experience in sourcing and developing Asian suppliers of mechanical components and electronics to work for the growing U.S. operations of an international manufacturer of industrial equipment. Build what has been a primarily tactical purchasing function in to a strategic, global sourcing operation. If you have on-the-ground experience with Asian suppliers, are adept in negotiating, highly motivated, and willing to travel, we would like to hear from you. You'll work independently, with a Senior Buyer in another facility reporting to you.

Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Management, Purchasing or similar

Minimum 5 years in Purchasing exp required

Feet-on-the-ground experience in China/Asia also necessary

Mandarin language skills preferred
