We are currently in the process of strengthening our Drilling Systems and Wireline Demand Planning team. This team is responsible for analyzing demand and securing supply to support worldwide demands for the Drilling Systems and Wireline product lines.

This position would coordinate with all region locations, to ensure regional demand input is delivered in a timely manner; review the consolidated demand plans; identify the netting opportunities across the regions; work with supply to meet the demand requirements. Generate reports and perform analysis for the monthly Sales and Operations meetings.

This role is ideal for an individual who can utilize their analytical, planning and forecasting skills. We are looking for an ambitious individual who will be tasked with analyzing sales and forecast data to drive business growth.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Product Line Management to review and gain consensus on forecasted demand.

• Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning processes.

• Work with the Asset Management to align build plans, availability and allocations of tools to best meet demand.

• Ensure visibility into upcoming tenders and sales.

• Provide weekly availability of information for Sales and Sales Operations in support of forecast process.

• Responsible for developing reporting and presentations for executive reviews that are key to driving business decisions

• Provide decision support information to all levels in the organization.

Education & Experience :

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Economics or Mathematics ideally, however applicants with 3-5 years relevant experience in this area will also be considered.

• Certification in APICS or similar qualification would be an advantage
