If we have a resume or confidential profile
on file, we will alert you when appropriate job opportunities open. Only
after we discuss a position with you, and we both agree that the position is
a good match, we will present your resume to our client together with our
assessment of you and a marketing presentation to make certain that the
client has valuable insight beyond what can be read in the resume.
We will also follow up with the client to request a telephone or in-person
interview that is convenient for you and the client; assist in coordinating
any travel arrangements; give you a detailed refresher course in proper
interviewing techniques and etiquette; inform you of the client's intentions
after an interview; typically, present and negotiate any job offers;
coordinate and confirm start dates; assist with the coordination of
relocation; and follow up with both the employer and the candidate for six
months to make sure the transition has met everyone's expectations.
