Our search process
The key to a successful search is
definition.
The very first step in any
successful search is to define the clients requirements according to their
specific needs, profiles, and culture. We take the time to accurately define
the search so that we do not waste time for the client, the candidate, or
our resources. This expedites the search and results in a higher degree of
successful placements.
Once we have defined the position we...
Identify
the best potential candidates based upon the requirements for the position.
Of course we review the resumes of those potential candidates who have told
us they are actively seeking a new position, but more importantly, we
network and cold-call to find the most qualified passive candidates and
professionally market the position to them. These are the candidates most
companies never see, those proven performers who are currently employed and
not actively seeking new opportunities. We can maintain confidentiality if
it is required.
Evaluate
each promising candidate by screening for:

Present
our most qualified candidates for consideration. We forward the resumes
together with our evaluation of the candidate and any additional relevant
information we feel the client should know in order to make a fully informed
decision.
Coordinate
interviews with hiring managers and human resources. This includes making
and confirming all travel arrangements with the client and the candidates.
Present and negotiate
offers, counter-offers, benefits, relocation issues, and start date. We can
also help motivate the chosen candidate to accept a reasonable offer.
Follow-up
with the client and the candidate on the start date, and occasionally
throughout the first six months after hire to ensure that all parties are
satisfied.
